End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Thesis Desk ("Developer") for the use of the mobile application Thesis Desk. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Thesis Desk grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Thesis Desk application on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the application.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark) of Thesis Desk.

3. Intellectual Property

The application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Thesis Desk.

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy to ensure the functionality and security of the service.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Thesis Desk. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thesis Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thesis Desk is registered, excluding its conflict of law rules.
