Thesis Desk ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Thesis Desk (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

  • Personal Data: While using our App, you may choose to sign in with your Solana wallet. Signing in is optional — the App is fully usable without it. Your public wallet address is used to identify you within the App and is stored only on your device. We do not operate a server account system, and we do not ask for or collect your email address.
  • Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), device type, operating system version, and other diagnostic data.
  • Blockchain Data: As a decentralized application built on Solana, your wallet address and transaction data are publicly recorded on the blockchain.

Thesis Desk uses the collected data for various purposes:

Please be aware that all transactions conducted through the App are recorded on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible. Your wallet address and transaction history may be accessed by anyone with access to the blockchain. Swaps are prepared by our backend as transactions that you review and approve in your own wallet — the App never holds your private keys and never signs or submits transactions on your behalf.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
